MVP · 6–10 weeks

MVP app development that actually ships.

One platform, one sharp idea, in front of real users. Scoped hard, built properly, and instrumented well enough to learn something.

01Method

How an MVP sprint runs.

Four stages, a working build in your hands every week, and no status decks.

Discover — about one week
A free call, then a written scope: goals, users, constraints and the honest version of what it costs.
Build — four to eight weeks
Design and engineering in tight loops, with a TestFlight build you can hold at the end of every week.
Ship — one to two weeks
Store submission, review handling, launch polish and analytics that answer questions you will actually ask.
Then decide
Continue on a retainer, hand the codebase to an in-house team, or stop. All three are fine and none of them are penalised.

02Scoping

What gets cut, and why.

An MVP fails by being too big far more often than by being too small.

One platform first
Two stores doubles QA, review cycles and support before you know whether anyone wants the product.
One core loop
The single flow the product is judged on gets the whole budget. Settings, admin and onboarding polish come later.
Real infrastructure, minimal surface
Proper auth, CI and crash reporting from day one. Cutting those is what makes version two a rewrite.

03FAQ

MVP development: common questions.

How much does an MVP app cost?

$15k–$40k for a scoped MVP sprint over 6–10 weeks, covering product scoping, design, build and store submission on one platform.

What counts as an MVP?

The smallest build that tests the riskiest assumption with real users. Not a prototype and not a demo — a real app in a real store with real accounts, just far narrower than the eventual product.

What happens after the MVP ships?

You own everything, so you choose: continue with us on a retainer from $4k a month, move to a full build, or take the codebase in-house. We hand over source, pipelines, store accounts and architecture notes either way.

Can you work with our designer or founder-designer?

Yes. If design exists and is decided, we scope engineering only, which shortens the timeline and the cost.
